The origins
of La Resistenza
Born in the late 1800s as a historic butcher shop in the heart of Porto Azzurro, this ancient workshop found new life in 2022, when Marco and Daniela, the daughter of the former butcher's owner, took up its legacy and transformed it into a refined meat restaurant overlooking the island.
Alongside them is Clemente, chef and grill master, in a project united by one great passion: the quality of meat and the excellence of cooking.
