IGT Toscana rosso 2021. Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot. 12 months in oak barriques. From the north of our island. Intense and full-bodied.

IGT Toscana rosso 2019. 50% Sangiovese, 30% Syrah, 20% Sagrantino. 15/18 months in amphora and 6 months in bottle. A powerful, structured and long-lived wine, produced only in the best vintages.

IGT Toscana rosso 2021. Sangiovese and Syrah. 10/12 months in barrique. Full and balanced with herbaceous notes framed by extremely fine oak.

IGT Toscana rosso ORGANIC 2018. 85% Merlot, 15% Sangiovese. 18 months in first and second-passage barriques, 24 months in bottle. A tenacious, strong yet velvety wine.

Elba Rosso Riserva DOC 2019. 60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet, 10% Syrah. 18 months in barrique, 6 months in bottle. A wine of great structure with soft, silky tannins, excellent with our meats.

IGT Toscana rosso 2020. 100% Merlot. Vinified and aged in steel. Intense ruby red colour; harmonious, fruity nose with hints of blackcurrant, blueberry and blood orange; round, savoury palate with light and elegant tannins.

Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2018. 90% Sangiovese "Prugnolo gentile", 10% Merlot. 14 months in large casks and partly in barrique. Intense ruby red; red fruit, violet and tobacco on a spicy background. Palate of blackcurrant, blackberry and cherry.

Rosso Toscano IGT 2021. 100% Malbec. 10 months in wood and 8 months in bottle. Nose of ripe dark fruit, spices and vanilla; balanced and enveloping palate with good length. Blueberry aftertaste fading into coffee and dark chocolate.

Cortona DOC 2021. 100% Syrah. Several months in second and third-passage barriques for 70% of the wine, steel for 30%. Dark purplish red with violet reflections. Black fruit, blackberry, blackcurrant and spices. Palate of liquorice and ripe dark fruit. Well-managed tannin, integrated with full body and crisp freshness.

IGT Toscana 2020. 40% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. 6 months of ageing (80% in cask, 20% in steel). Balanced, long and decisive.

Maremma Toscana Rosso DOC 2019. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc. 12 months in barrique. Intense ruby red. Bouquet of Mediterranean scrub and tertiary aromas from ageing. Good body on the palate, delicate, slightly balsamic.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2020. 80% Sangiovese, 10% Cannaiolo and other local varieties. 12 months in casks of various sizes. Ruby red; nose of cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, violet, lavender and thyme. Pleasant, good-bodied palate with a long finish and good freshness.

IGT Toscana 2021. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino. 6 months in steel. Bright ruby red. Mineral and floral nose. Harmonious palate, medium-bodied with silky tannins and a clean finish.

IGT Toscana 2020. 20% Sangiovese grosso, 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot. 6 months barrique and 6 months oak cask. Ruby red with violet reflections. Red pulp aromas. Harmonious, soft, enveloping and structured palate.

Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2021. 100% Sangiovese grosso. 8 months in oak casks, 2 months in bottle. Bouquet of small red berries, cherry and delicate spicy notes. Medium-bodied palate, juicy and rich fruit, fine and elegant tannins.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2018. 100% Sangiovese grosso. 36 months in 30hl oak casks and 12 months in bottle. Nose of violet, cherry and small forest berry aromas; palate of good structure, persistent and complex with fine tannic texture.

Toscana IGT 2020. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Malvasia nera. Supertuscan aged 36 months in barrique. Elegant yet robust personality, soft aromas, warm and juicy flavours, velvety tannins.

Toscana IGT 2019. 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. 12 months in barrique, 1 year in bottle. Notes of cherry in syrup, sour cherry, raspberry and plum with spicy hints of clove and liquorice; balsamic mint and chocolate. Rich, enveloping and vibrant with soft, velvety tannins. Long, persistent finish.

Maremma Toscana DOC 2019. 50% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. 18 months in barrique, 9 months in bottle. Intense ruby red, broad red fruit aromas. Great texture on the palate, soft and round tannins, long enveloping finish.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2021. 95% Sangiovese, 5% Cannaiolo. 7 months in barrique and 7 months in bottle. Bright ruby red with purple reflections. Harmonious tannins, delicately complex aromas and a sweet final note for a sense of perfect balance.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2020. 95% Sangiovese, 5% Cannaiolo. 15 months in used barriques and 15 months in bottle. Ruby red turning garnet with age. Intense violet nose, finer and finer over time. Dry, harmonious, slightly tannic, increasingly velvety.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2020. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. 24 months in large casks with a small part in barrique. Sparkling ruby turning garnet. Forest berries interwoven with coffee and vanilla. Decisive yet suave palate, caressing tactility.

Bolgheri DOC 2020. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah. Aged in steel. Red fruit, vanilla and spices: an excellent companion for our meat dishes.

Bolgheri rosso DOC 2021. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah. 10 months: 70% in 225/228 lt third and fourth-passage barriques, 30% in cement. The purest, most direct expression of Bolgheri according to Le Macchiole. A wine of grace and intensity, joyful and easy to drink, without giving up substance and complexity.

Brunello DOCG 2018. 100% Sangiovese grosso. 24 months in French oak tonneaux and Slavonian oak casks, then long bottle ageing. Bright ruby red, slightly garnet on the rim. Broad bouquet of red-fleshed fruits and spices, elegantly interwoven. Silky palate, gentle tannin, soft, persistent, warm and intense.

Brunello ORGANIC DOCG 2017. 100% Sangiovese. 38 months in French oak casks and 6 months in bottle. Ruby red; intense, complex nose of ripe red fruit and spices, with notes of black pepper and liquorice. Soft palate, full body, velvety tannins, very persistent finish.

Rosso di Montalcino ORGANIC DOC 2020. 100% Sangiovese. 12 months in French oak cask and 3 months in bottle. Ruby red; intense nose of forest berries and floral notes. Soft and elegant palate with fine tannin, persistent finish.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2019. 90% Sangiovese, 7% Cannaiolo, 3% Colorino. 13 months in large French oak casks, 3 months in bottle. Ruby red; floral violet notes and ripe red fruit. Full body, velvety tannin, excellent minerality, balanced with good persistence.

Bolgheri rosso ORGANIC DOC 2019. 70% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. 12 months in large casks. Nose of ripe red fruit, strawberry jam, blackcurrant, small forest berries and many flowers. Warm, enveloping, intense palate. Well-integrated tannin thanks to large-cask ageing. Long persistent finish, fruity and mineral.

Bolgheri DOC 2019. 70% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. 12 months in French oak cask. Intense, complex and fine nose: ripe red fruit (blackcurrant, cherry, blackberry, raspberry), dried red flowers, mineral sensations. Warm and soft palate, decidedly structured wine. Quite fresh, savoury and tannic, balanced.

Bolgheri Superiore DOC 2018. 80% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot. 24 months in French oak casks, 3 months in bottle. Clean and elegant nose, notes of ripe black fruit, blackberry and cherry, delicate vanilla hints. Enveloping and full-bodied palate, noble and ripe tannin, long persistent finish.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2019. 100% Sangiovese. 12 months in barriques and tonneaux (only 5% new). The union of blends from different areas gives elegance and finesse to the wine, with great balance between the typical traits of different terroirs. The palate offers a fabric of tannins interwoven with mineral, savoury and fresh notes.

Toscana IGT 2019. 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc, 34% Merlot. 24 months in barrique. Nose of blackcurrant, sour cherry and violet enriched by vanilla, tobacco and cocoa. Great structure and body on the palate where the softness and elegance of Merlot meet the acidity and structure of Cabernet.

Toscana IGT 2018. 100% Cabernet Franc. 12 months in French oak barriques. Intense ruby red, plum notes, balsamic and spicy fragrances. Great structure with fine, silky tannins.

Toscana IGT 2020. 100% Merlot. 12-14 months in barrique, 6-8 months in bottle. Intense ruby red, notes of blackberry, blueberry and aromatic herbs. Elegant, silky tannins.

Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2019. 100% Sangiovese. About 24 months in barriques, tonneaux and large casks. Intense ruby red with violet reflections, hints of violet, red fruit and vanilla. Elegant, silky tannins.

Chianti Classico 2020. 100% Sangiovese. 12 months in large casks, 3-5 months in bottle. Bright ruby red, notes of violet and ripe cherry. Soft, velvety tannins with good retro-olfactory persistence.

Toscana IGT 2019. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Sangiovese. 8-10 months in barrique, 4-6 months in bottle. Intense ruby red with violet reflections. Broad dark fruit aromas, balsamic fragrances and spicy notes. Rich and harmonious palate.

Toscana IGT 2021. 100% Syrah. At least 7 months of ageing in terracotta amphorae. Intense ruby red; intense nose of cherry, forest berries and black pepper. Soft, fresh and intense palate with very fine, well-amalgamated tannins.

Toscana IGT Organic 2020. Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah 50%, other estate-grown red varieties 50%. 12 months in third and fourth-passage French oak barriques. Intense red berry aromas with vanilla hints on the nose. Softly fills the mouth, soft palate with good freshness. Fairly long, slightly off-dry finish.

Toscana IGT 2018. 100% Cabernet Franc. 18/20 months in new French oak barriques. Explosion of aromas on the nose: fruit and spices perfectly blended. Warm and enveloping on the palate, lovely minerality and pleasant acidity balancing the velvety tannins, giving freshness and longevity.

Morellino di Scansano DOCG 2021. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Alicante and Ciliegiolo. 6 months in steel. Bright ruby red. Nose of marasca cherry, redcurrant, blood orange, peony and red roses on a background of cinnamon and clove. Enveloping, soft palate, relaxed tannins, excellent freshness. Fruity finish.

Pinot Nero IGT Toscano 2019. 100% Pinot Noir. 12 months in barrique with constant batonnage, 12 months in bottle. Nose of red fruit and floral notes. Full and warm palate, well-integrated, non-aggressive tannin, harmonious overall structure.

Barbera d'Alba 2021. 100% Barbera. 12 months between small wooden casks (barrique and tonneau) and large casks. Intense ruby red. Young and complex nose, good balance between oak spice and undergrowth fruit. Enveloping, balanced palate of great length. A great-bodied wine.

Barolo DOCG 2019. 100% Nebbiolo. 24 months in wood. Garnet red. Broad nose, forest berry notes, hints of withered flowers and traces of spice and leather. Excellent body on the palate, beautiful tannic texture and very pleasant persistence.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2016. 60% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella and Croatina Veronese. Ageing in 225 lt and 500 lt casks for at least 24/30 months and bottle period. Broad nose of marasca cherry, blackberry and plum. Complex, enveloping flavour of remarkable structure, excellent tannic spine and extraordinary freshness.

Lambrusco Mantovano IGT. Excellent paired with Tuscan cured meats, fresh and aged cheeses. Intense purple colour. Intense and clean nose with notes of Williams pear, Fuji apple, wisteria and peony. Nicely bodied palate, fleshy and round, delicately sparkling and slightly sweet.

Primitivo Puglia IGT 2021. 100% Primitivo. 8 months in steel and 4 months in bottle. Nose of red fruit: sour cherry, plum, candied orange, with delicate sweet notes of dog rose and liquorice. Soft, broad attack; savoury, structured palate with pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Castel del Monte DOC 2019. 70% Aglianico, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah. 12 months in oak cask, 8 months in bottle. Ruby red. Irresistible nose of ripe red fruit, cherry and sour cherry followed by fresh mint and sweet vanilla. Soft and balanced palate with pleasant tannins and the excellent freshness typical of Aglianico.

Etna Rosso DOC 2020. 80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cappuccio. About 80% of the Nerello Mascalese ages in steel and 20% in 2nd-3rd passage French oak barriques for about 8-10 months. Nerello Cappuccio ages only in steel. About 3 months in bottle. Ethereal, intense nose with hints of ripe fruit. Dry, mineral palate with pleasant acidity and savouriness, persistent and harmonious.

Rosato di Toscana IGT 2022. 100% Aleatico. The aromas reflect the island: delicate vegetal notes, Mediterranean scrub, small red berries, slight earthy hint. On the palate freshness and a full, mineral, flowing flavour; pleasant pink grapefruit citrus taste with a slightly bitter finish.

Costa Toscana IGT 2022. Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot for a fully Elban rosé.

Rosato Salento IGT 2022. 100% Negroamaro. Aged for several months in steel and four months in bottle. Fresh and floral, with pleasant, characteristic aromas. Nose of fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs. Soft, fresh and very pleasant palate, elegant and balanced.

Rosato Salento IGT 2021. Cabernet Franc, Negroamaro and Syrah. Several months ageing in steel. Pale pink colour, hints of ripe peach and orange blossom. Soft palate, savoury and fresh finish, fine persistence.

Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut. Fine and intriguing, from the most beautiful areas of Valdobbiadene.

Valdobbiadene DOC. A rosé Prosecco with fine, persistent perlage and fresh fruit hints.

Franciacorta DOCG. A youthful, vivacious Franciacorta, also organic.

Franciacorta DOCG. The Rosé version, perfect to pair with richer dishes.

Ansonica Elba DOC Organic 2022. 100% Ansonica. Structured, intense, mineral wine with marked savouriness.

Vermentino Toscana IGT 2022. Straw yellow with light greenish reflections in youth. Elegant on the nose and palate; the marked acidity on the finish gives way to a slight almond note typical of the variety.

Vermentino Bolgheri DOC 2022. 100% Vermentino. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, intense varietal aromas with citrus notes; savoury, mineral palate.

Toscana IGT Organic 2021. 50% Sauvignon, 50% Sémillon. 5 months in steel with contact on fine lees. Nose of exotic and yellow-fleshed fruit. Full, round and pleasantly savoury palate. Pleasant freshness gives elegance and length to this wine strongly tied to the territory.

Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Riserva 2018. 100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Ageing on lees in new French oak barriques for 12 months with batonnage, 7 months in steel and 24 months in bottle before release. Bright straw yellow with golden and pale-green nuances. Elegant bouquet: floral touches, exotic fruit, mineral and vanilla nuances. Articulate palate, enhanced acidity and fruity flavour. Markedly persistent on the finish.

Unfiltered, slightly citrusy craft white beer. What makes it unique, beyond its island spirit, are its ingredients: ancient durum wheat and orange peel, entirely grown on Elba Island and untreated.

Intense yellow beer with very delicate haze and a fine, persistent white head. Delicate aromas balancing fruity, herbal and malty notes; an inviting aroma thanks to its lightness.

Amber beer with persistent light hazelnut head. Fruity and warm aromas come immediately to the nose, blending with the delicate herbal and citrus notes of the hop, which we also find on the palate alongside cereal hints from the very first sip.
