IGT Toscana rosso ORGANIC 2023. 85% Merlot, 15% Sangiovese. 18 months in first and second-passage barriques, 24 months in bottle. A tenacious, strong yet velvety wine.

Elba Rosso Riserva DOC 2019. 60% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet, 10% Syrah. 18 months in barrique, 6 months in bottle. A wine of great structure with soft, silky tannins, excellent with our meats.

Elba Rosso DOC 2024. 80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot. Vinified in stainless steel, with a maceration of about 7 days. The result is a young wine with an intense ruby-red colour, offering fruity Sangiovese aromas on the nose, followed by notes of aromatic herbs and violet. On the palate, it stands out for its good balance between freshness and tannins, with a pleasant savoury note typical of Elban wines.

IGT Toscana 2024. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Colorino. 6 months in steel. Bright ruby red. Mineral and floral nose. Harmonious palate, medium-bodied with silky tannins and a clean finish.

IGT Toscana 2023. 20% Sangiovese grosso, 40% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot. 6 months barrique and 6 months oak cask. Ruby red with violet reflections. Red pulp aromas. Harmonious, soft, enveloping and structured palate.

DOC 2024 - 100% Sangiovese, aged for one year in Slavonian oak barrels. It displays a lively ruby-red colour. On the nose, it offers floral, fruity and spicy notes, with red berry aromas standing out. On the palate, it is warm and smooth, with good structure and pleasantly pronounced tannins.

Organic DOC 2024 - 100% Sangiovese grosso, aged for 10 months in 15 hl French and Slavonian oak barrels. On the palate, it is warm, smooth, medium-bodied and has balanced tannins. The wine is harmoniously dry, with character and freshness, and a good aromatic persistence.

Rosso di Montalcino ORGANIC DOC 2024. 100% Sangiovese. 12 months in French oak cask and 3 months in bottle. Ruby red; intense nose of forest berries and floral notes. Soft and elegant palate with fine tannin, persistent finish.

Rosso di Montalcino DOC 2023. 100% Sangiovese grosso. 8 months in oak casks, 2 months in bottle. Bouquet of small red berries, cherry and delicate spicy notes. Medium-bodied palate, juicy and rich fruit, fine and elegant tannins.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2021. 100% Sangiovese grosso. 36 months in 30hl oak casks and 12 months in bottle. Nose of violet, cherry and small forest berry aromas; palate of good structure, persistent and complex with fine tannic texture.

Brunello DOCG 2021. 100% Sangiovese grosso. 24 months in French oak tonneaux and Slavonian oak casks, then long bottle ageing. Bright ruby red, slightly garnet on the rim. Broad bouquet of red-fleshed fruits and spices, elegantly interwoven. Silky palate, gentle tannin, soft, persistent, warm and intense.

Brunello ORGANIC DOCG 2021. 100% Sangiovese. 38 months in French oak casks and 6 months in bottle. Ruby red; intense, complex nose of ripe red fruit and spices, with notes of black pepper and liquorice. Soft palate, full body, velvety tannins, very persistent finish.

Organic DOCG 2017 - 100% Sangiovese grosso, aged in large 30 hl oak barrels for 36 months, followed by 4 months of bottle ageing. Deep ruby red in colour, with persistent and enveloping tannins on the palate, and notes of undergrowth, red fruits and violet. An austere and elegant wine.

Organic IGT 2021 - 100% Sangiovese grosso, macerated for 6 months in amphora with 5% stems and skins, then 1 month in stainless steel tanks. Natural stabilization, cleaning and filtration in stainless steel tanks outside the cellar, followed by three years of bottle ageing. A meditation wine, excellent with dishes that are not too strong or spicy, meat ragù, grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses.

Organic Chianti Superiore DOCG 2023 - 85% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo. A Chianti Superiore made from organic grapes which, thanks to six months of ageing in French oak, expresses great balance on the palate and remarkable elegance in its aromas.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2023. 80% Sangiovese, 10% Cannaiolo and other local varieties. 12 months in casks of various sizes. Ruby red; nose of cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, violet, lavender and thyme. Pleasant, good-bodied palate with a long finish and good freshness.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2024. 95% Sangiovese, 5% Cannaiolo. 7 months in barrique and 7 months in bottle. Bright ruby red with purple reflections. Harmonious tannins, delicately complex aromas and a sweet final note for a sense of perfect balance.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2023. 90% Sangiovese, 7% Cannaiolo, 3% Colorino. 13 months in large French oak casks, 3 months in bottle. Ruby red; floral violet notes and ripe red fruit. Full body, velvety tannin, excellent minerality, balanced with good persistence.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2022. 100% Sangiovese. 12 months in barriques and tonneaux (only 5% new). The union of blends from different areas gives elegance and finesse to the wine, with great balance between the typical traits of different terroirs. The palate offers a fabric of tannins interwoven with mineral, savoury and fresh notes.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2021. 95% Sangiovese, 5% Cannaiolo. 15 months in used barriques and 15 months in bottle. Ruby red turning garnet with age. Intense violet nose, finer and finer over time. Dry, harmonious, slightly tannic, increasingly velvety.

Chianti Classico DOCG 2023 - 90% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 24 months in large oak barrels, with a small part in barriques. Sparkling ruby colour tending towards garnet. On the nose, it immediately reveals a dark-toned profile of wild berries intertwined with hints of coffee and vanilla. The sip is bold and persuasive, immediately captivating thanks to its smooth, velvety texture.

Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG 2022 - 90% Sangiovese, 8% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in French barriques for 10 months and 6 months in bottle. Broad and intense on the nose, with aromas of cherry, black cherry, blackberry and sweet violet, along with delicate spicy notes of vanilla and liquorice. The same complexity is found on the palate, where the fresh sip meets a compact structure and fine, elegant tannins.

Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 2021. 90% Sangiovese "Prugnolo gentile", 10% Merlot. 14 months in large casks and partly in barrique. Intense ruby red; red fruit, violet and tobacco on a spicy background. Palate of blackcurrant, blackberry and cherry.

Toscana Rosso IGT 2021 - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barriques, then a further 8 months in bottle, in contact only with itself. It shows an intense, deep ruby colour, almost material in appearance. On the nose, fine spices and ripe wild berries emerge. On the palate, it is long and vibrant.

Toscana Rosso IGT 2022 - 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. 90% of the wine rests in second and third passage barriques. The remaining 10% stays in concrete, preserving the memory of its original character. In the glass, it is intense ruby, yet never showy. On the nose, it leaves its mark with gentle, deep persistence. On the palate, it is harmonious, sincere, easy to drink yet hard to forget.

Bolgheri DOC 2023. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah. Aged in steel. Red fruit, vanilla and spices: an excellent companion for our meat dishes.

Organic Bolgheri DOC 2023 - 70% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 12 months in large oak barrels. On the nose, ripe red fruits, strawberry jam, currants and other small wild berries. Then flowers, plenty of flowers. On the palate, it is warm, enveloping and intense. The tannins are well integrated, also thanks to ageing in large barrels, and will continue to evolve over time. The long and persistent finish, a distinctive feature of these blends, fades on fruity and mineral notes.

Bolgheri DOC 2024 - Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah. 10 months ageing: 70% in 225/228 litre barriques of third and fourth passage, 30% in concrete. First bottled with the 2004 vintage, this wine is the purest and most direct expression of Bolgheri according to Le Macchiole. A red wine of grace and intensity, joyful and easy to drink, yet still rich in substance and complexity.

Organic Bolgheri DOC 2021 - 80% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle. Clean and elegant on the nose, with notes of ripe black fruits, blackberry and cherry, along with delicate hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is enveloping and full-bodied, with noble, mature tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Organic Bolgheri DOC 2023 - 70% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Intense, complex and refined on the nose. Ripe red fruit, currants, cherries, blackberries and raspberries, dried red flowers. Then mineral sensations. The sip is warm and smooth. A decidedly structured wine, quite fresh, savoury and tannic, well balanced in all its components.

Bolgheri DOC 2024 - Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah. Aged in tonneaux for 12 months and 6 months in bottle. The wine has an intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it expresses itself with complexity, releasing aromas of ripe red fruits, hints of sweet spices such as vanilla, and notes of wild herbs. The sip is intense, refined and velvety, with well-polished, silky tannins.

50% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot. Aged for 15 months in first and second passage barriques. On the palate, it shows good structure and consistency, with an elegant and enveloping tannic texture that leaves a juicy, medium-length finish.

Bolgheri DOC 2023 - 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Cabernet Franc, 19% Merlot, 15% Syrah, 6% Petit Verdot. Aged for 8 months in barriques and at least 4 months in bottle. On the palate, the wine is balanced, harmonious and enveloping, marked by a smooth and embracing tannic texture. A very pleasant wine to drink.

Bolgheri DOC 2023 - 50% Cabernet Franc, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in stainless steel vats. Ruby red in colour. On the nose, it is fresh and clean; on the palate, it is marked by a bold flavour and good acidity.

Toscana IGT 2022 - Sangiovese, Foglia Tonda, Pugnitello. Aged for 12 months in wooden barrels and 12 months in bottle. With a beautiful deep and bright ruby red colour, typical of Foglia Tonda, it intrigues the nose with aromas of black cherry, red fruits, spices, vanilla and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is elegant, with dense tannins still evolving.

Toscana IGT 2023 - 100% Sangiovese, aged for 12 months in 20-hectolitre wooden barrels and 6 months in bottle. On tasting, it is vibrant and pleasantly fresh, with good acidity and lively tannins.

Organic Chianti Classico DOCG 2023 - 90% Sangiovese, 7% Canaiolo, 3% Colorino. Aged for 13 months in large French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle. Ruby red in colour. On the nose, floral notes of violet dominate, followed by hints of ripe red fruits. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with velvety tannins and excellent minerality. Balanced, with good persistence.

Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC 2021. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc. Aged 24 months in French oak barriques. On the nose, captivating notes of ripe cherries, blackberries, blackcurrant, rosemary, lavender, raspberry leaves and herbaceous tones, accompanied by an elegant hint of oak and subtle pipe tobacco. On the palate it impresses with intensity, vigour of its demanding terroir, and a perfectly woven texture of freshness and salinity.

Toscana IGT 2024. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Sangiovese. Aged 12 months in French oak barriques. The nose offers fruity hints of blackberry and cherry blending with notes of chocolate and aromatic herbs. The palate is round, full and fresh, with a sweet tannic texture and a fine saline finish.

Toscana IGT 2023. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot. 15 months in French and American oak barriques. On the nose the fullness of the Merlot fruit strikes immediately, refreshed by coffee notes and Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, decisive and tenaciously persistent tannic power.

Toscana IGT 2020. 90% Sangiovese, 10% black Malvasia. Aged 36 months in barriques. An elegant and robust personality, with soft aromas, warm juicy flavours and velvety tannins.

Toscana IGT 2023. 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. 12 months in barriques and 1 year in bottle. Notes of ripe red fruit (cherry in syrup, sour cherry, raspberry, plum) alternate with spicy hints of clove and liquorice. Balsamic touches of mint and chocolate complete the bouquet. The palate is rich, enveloping and vibrant with soft, velvety tannins. Long, persistent finish.

Toscana IGT 2019. 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc, 34% Merlot. 24 months in barriques. On the nose blackcurrant, sour cherry and violet enriched with hints of vanilla, tobacco and cocoa. On the palate a wine of great structure and body where the softness and elegance of the Merlot marries the acidity and structure of the Cabernet.

Bolgheri Superiore DOC 2020. 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc. 22 months in 225-litre French oak barriques (70% new, 30% second passage). Intense ruby, on the nose spicy notes alongside decisive notes of cherry, blackberry and plum. A balsamic trace opens to an enveloping, reactive tasting of great balance and depth.

Toscana IGT 2018. 100% Cabernet Franc. 12 months in French oak barriques. Intense ruby red colour, hints of plum, balsamic and spicy fragrances. Great structure with fine, silky tannins.

IGT 2022. 100% Malbec. 10 months in wood and 8 months in bottle. On the nose, notes of ripe dark fruit, spices and vanilla. On the palate balanced and enveloping, with good persistence. The aftertaste is characterised by hints of blueberry that fade into notes of coffee and dark chocolate.

Toscana IGT 2022. 100% Syrah. Aged for at least 7 months in terracotta amphorae. Intense ruby red, on the nose intense notes of cherry, wild berries and black pepper. Soft, fresh and intense taste, with very fine and well-blended tannins.

Toscana IGT 2018. 100% Cabernet Franc. 18/20 months in new French oak barriques. On the nose an explosion of aromas, fruits and spices perfectly blended. In the mouth warm and enveloping, with beautiful minerality and pleasant acidity balancing the velvety tannins.

IGT Toscana 2022. 40% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. 6 months of ageing, 80% in cask 20% in steel. Balanced, long and decisive.

Pinot Nero IGT Toscano 2019. 100% Pinot Noir. 12 months in barrique with constant batonnage, 12 months ageing in bottle. On the nose hints of red fruit and floral references. On the palate full and warm with well-integrated, non-aggressive tannins that create harmony in the overall structure of the wine.

Pinot Nero IGT Toscano 2024. 100% Pinot Noir. Fermentation in steel with short maceration and controlled temperatures. Ageing in steel and bottle without invasive use of wood. Bright ruby red. On the nose cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, light spice and a floral touch. On the palate fresh and easy-drinking, with soft tannins, good acidity, harmonious finish.

Pinot Nero IGT Toscano 2024. 100% Pinot Noir. One year in small 225-litre second-hand oak casks, 5 months in concrete. Hints of wild berries blend with the scent of marasca cherry, while a pleasant acidity keeps the mouth fresh for a balanced and elegant result.

Maremma Toscana DOC 2023. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Cabernet Franc. 12 months in barriques. To the eye, a particularly intense colour, recalling ruby red. The bouquet that envelops the nose is a mix of Mediterranean scrub sensations and tertiary aromas from ageing. On the palate full-bodied, delicate, characterised by a slightly balsamic taste.

Melograno Rosso IGT 2024. 100% Syrah. One year in small 225-litre second-hand oak casks, final passage in concrete before bottling. The ruby red colour is brilliant with light. Aromatic profile direct, intriguing, lively and expressive: red berries, sour cherry, pepper and aromatic herbs, the same as found in the vineyards.

Maremma Toscana DOC 2022. 50% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. 18 months in barriques and 9 months in bottle. Intense ruby red colour, broad aromas of red fruit. In the mouth great body, soft round tannins and a long, enveloping finish.

Morellino Scansano DOCG 2024. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Alicante and Ciliegiolo. 6 months in steel. Bright ruby red. On the nose, alternating notes of marasca cherry, red currant, blood orange, peony and red roses, against a backdrop of cinnamon and cloves. The sip is enveloping, soft, with relaxed tannins and excellent freshness. Fruity finish.

Toscana IGT 2018. 100% Pre-phylloxera Tempranillo. Long maturation period: new barriques each year, 70% French oak and 30% American oak, after 12 months racked with blending of the different barrels, then another 12 months in the same containers. After the two years in wood, bottled and aged until the fourth year before commercialisation.

Toscana IGT 2022. 100% Tempranillo. The only Tempranillo from a pre-phylloxera clone in Italy. Vinification in concrete with native yeasts and skin maceration for 30 days. 15 months of maturation, 50% in French oak and 50% in concrete. 6 months ageing in bottle.

Barbera D'Alba DOC 2023. 100% Barbera. 12 months divided between small wooden casks (barrique and tonneau) and large casks. Intense ruby red colour. On the nose youthful, complex, with good balance between oak spices and undergrowth fruit. The taste is enveloping, balanced and of great gustatory length. A wine of great body.

Barolo DOCG 2022. 100% Nebbiolo. 24 months in wood. Garnet red. On the nose it reveals itself broadly, with hints of wild berries, notes of dried flowers and hints of spices and leather. On the palate it presents an excellent body, beautiful tannic texture and very pleasant persistence.

Nebbiolo DOC 2023. 100% Nebbiolo. Maturation of 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in Slavonian oak casks, with subsequent ageing in bottle. Intense and fruity aroma, plum and cherry, dry taste, full-bodied, rightly tannic and harmonious, with hints of liquorice and dog rose.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2017. 60% Corvina Veronese, 30% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella and Croatina Veronese. Maturation in 225 lt and 500 lt casks for at least 24/30 months and a period in bottle. Ample aroma, with hints of marasca cherry, blackberry and plum. Taste: complex, enveloping, of remarkable structure, flanked by excellent tannic backbone and extraordinary freshness.

Lambrusco Mantovano DOC. Lambrusco Ruberti, Lambrusco Salamino, Ancellotta. Pleasant and persistent on the nose, vinous and fruity with hints of violet and currant on the palate.

Etna Rosso DOC 2023. 80% Nerello Mascalese, 20% Nerello Cappuccio. About 80% of the Nerello Mascalese matures in steel and 20% in 2nd-3rd passage French oak barriques for about 8-10 months. The Nerello Cappuccio matures only in steel. The wine is then aged in bottle for about 3 months. On the nose it is ethereal, intense, with hints of ripe fruit. On the palate it is dry, mineral with pleasant acidity and savouriness, persistent, harmonious.

Rosato di Toscana IGT 2024. 100% Aleatico. The aromas reflect the island: delicate vegetal notes, Mediterranean scrub, small red berries, slight earthy hint. On the palate freshness and a full, mineral, flowing flavour; pleasant pink grapefruit citrus taste with a slightly bitter finish.

Costa Toscana IGT 2025. Sangiovese, Merlot and Petit Verdot for a fully Elban rosé.

Organic Flos Concori IGT 2025 - 100% Syrah. Macerated for 8 hours and pressed, then aged in concrete for 5 months. On the nose, it is floral, with hints of red fruit, iodine and mineral notes. On the palate, it is warm and full, fresh and savoury, mineral, with a pleasant tannic texture and good softness.

Organic Table Wine - 100% Syrah. Grapes harvested between 17 and 20 August to preserve freshness and acidity. Contact in open vats for 8 hours, followed by pressing. Fermentation in concrete and bâtonnage for 20 days until alcoholic fermentation is complete. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in concrete. Addition of must and bottling.

Champagne Blanc de Noir. A French sparkling wine of the highest school.

Champagne Rosé. The rosé version, elegant and festive.

Trento DOC 2016. Careful selection of mountain Chardonnay for an elegant bubble.

Organic Toscana IGT 2025 - 85% Vermentino, 15% Ansonica. Aged in stainless steel. A wine with character, refined yet direct. Vermentino brings its Mediterranean trail: aromatic herbs, lemon thyme and a salty breeze. Ansonica adds a sunnier, softer touch, almost like ripe fruit caressed by the sun, rounding out the profile with elegance.

Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG Riserva 2021. 100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Ageing on lees in new French oak barriques for 12 months with batonnage, 7 months in steel and 24 months in bottle before release. Bright straw yellow with golden and pale-green nuances. Elegant bouquet: floral touches, exotic fruit, mineral and vanilla nuances. Articulate palate, enhanced acidity and fruity flavour. Markedly persistent on the finish.

Bolgheri Bianco DOC 2024 - 60% Viognier, 40% Chardonnay. Aged in stainless steel vats. Straw yellow in colour. On the nose, it is fresh and delicate; on the palate, it confirms its freshness and easy drinkability.

Unfiltered, slightly citrusy craft white beer. What makes it unique, beyond its island spirit, are its ingredients: ancient durum wheat and orange peel, entirely grown on Elba Island and untreated.

As airy on the nose as it is lively on the sip: medium-light body, dynamic bubbles and a well-balanced alcohol content, around 6.5%. The taste opens softly, then becomes leaner and finally dry, with a clearly defined and smoothly balanced bitter curve. A muscular American IPA that, unlike many contemporary versions, does not forget its malty side.
